The company is a privately held firm which is engaged in the wholesale distribution of fresh and frozen fruits. It was incorporated in January of 1987 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Moguer, Spain. The privately held firm is primarily involved in the sale of spring fruits, such as apricots, pineapple, strawberries, and mango; and summer fruits, such as some berries, stone fruit, and melons. In addition, the company is also involved in the sale of autumn fruits, such as apples, grapes, figs, pears, peaches, and pomegranates; and winter fruits, such as grapefruit, oranges, and lemons.
